You 'report' someone by sending a message to a moderator. That works the same on either side. That being said, don't expect a lot of results. It's not the job of the site management to make sure everyone is safe and doesn't say upsetting things or act in an immature manner. Short of having some obviously threatening e-mail from the person, the best thing to do is block the profile and don't reply. Any reply you make is reinforcing your harasser to send the next e-mail. Blocking a profile takes 3 seconds. It is that easy. New account? Block it too. You are under no obligation to respond. It's not a website for predators. But predators will be everywhere, here and other sites, regardless. People need to learn how to deal with them, and at the level you are describing, it's simple enough. Don't give them the attention they want. Dealing with them yourself is far easier and better in the long run than expecting others to deal with them for you.
