i'm wondering why it is that, on Netscape, i can't find a place to post replies? i'm having to use Internet Explorer in order to respond here. any way to fix this problem?

Netscape has a few hard limits. CM is one of them.

Odd, I only use Netscape and never have any problems at all.

it was working this morning. everytime i use IE and i have a problem with it, it shuts down the icons on the lower right part of my screen next to the clock. that's why i prefer Netscape, if it shuts down, it doesn't affect Windows Explorer.
