I would want something that would cover the mouth. It would have no openings except for the nostrils, and possibly the ears. It would have to be worn with a soft rubber mouth guard inserted first. I have seen this made in radiology at the hospital. It is used as a target for radiation therapy to reduce the size of a tumor. They heat a sheet of plastic in an oven and lay it over the face for a few seconds and it shapes its self. You might do some reaserch on the internet to find out more about the process and materials. I would think medical/x-ray suppliers would have the product. Let me know what you find out.
