ORIGINAL: popeye1250 The "U.N." can't find $22-$24 B that's "missing" in the "Oil for Food" program and our government wants to give them even more money and "work" with the "U.N.?" Popeye, anything but the US government eh. You must trust them 100% to believe that shit. So, you vote for bush and the republicans? NG, no, I don't mean what you're inferring. I don't like the Bush Administration for a number of reasons and certainly wouldn't vote for someone who went to "Yale" and had a silver spoon in their mouths. When I say "the govt" I mean U.S. Taxpayer Dollars. That (is) the name of the game after all, foreign countries and orgs hunting for the money of U.S. Citizens. Popeye, this is my point: 1) This money is Iraqi money from their oil sales and assets. It's not "US taxpayers" money. I know there's a few of you who like to think you're propping up the world. If you understand what a lying, scheming bunch the US government are, what makes you think they wouldn't strip Iraq bare and use their money as they wish? 2) If you don't support bush and his government then why would you believe the smokescreen that is the attempted tainting of the UN. Yes, the UN is by no stretch of the imagination a corrupt-free organisation. However, as much as you hate to admit it, and as much as you refuse to believe it, the corrupt organisation that has blood on its hands, far more than any other, is the US government. Dressing this up as "US taxpayers money" (when its not remotely true) will not change the fact that your government is an embarassment to the human race.
