Hello,

I have met many famous people because of my work.

Most of these people have had the distinct pleasure of administering full power groin and head kicks to me.

I am not allowed to name names.

Sinergy

well lets see, Andie MacDowell, actress.  I sold bicycles to her and her kids and husband (who I believe she has since divorced).  What a bitch.  I'm a patient man but if I were married to her, she would have a damn sore ass most of the time.

Alan Keyes, a presidential candidate in 2000, served on his security detail when he spoke in my city, then went out shooting at our local range with him, his wife, and his security team the next day.  A very nice guy in spite of his politics.  Pretty good shot too.

Partied several times with blues guitarist Robert Cray, back before he made it big.  He used to play a local bar on a regular circuit.  Also met Buddy Guy, another blues guitarist, at a party after he played the same bar.

I kissed Buddy Guy! Dang he isn't just a guitarist, he is amazing. BBKing I have met as well, Jerry Garcia I spent an afternoon with hahaha trippy, literally!
Lee Iacocca was my neighbor growing up, thats funny eh? Yes he is a nice guy.
Hmm, Minnesota Fats was a friend of my fathers & they shot pool together a lot.
Jim Neibors, but he scared me * I was super young and he was super loud/tall lol*.
The current Senator of Michigan sat at an AIDS benefit & chatted for ages about diets with me heh and I think that is all. I know I'm forgetting a few but hey it is all good.

1. Cathy Guiswite (sp) - artist for cartoon strip "Cathy"
2. William Shatner
3. Leonard Nimoy
4. Peter Graves
5. Suzanne Summers
6. Joyce DeWitt
7. Kurt Vonnegut, Jr.
8. AJ Foyt
9. Rick Mears
10. Mario Andretti
11. Al Unser
12. Bobby Unser
13. Al Unser Jr.
14. Janet Guthrie
15. Danny Sullivan
16. Several other Indy 500 Drivers as I was able to get onto Gasoline Alley that year
17. Elvis, but too young to remember... my mother tells me of this one.
18. The Dalai Lama

But the person I consider the most famous is an unknown. His name was Jim Gillihan.
Jim Gillihan was invited into the White House to meet every president since Kennedy. He met every leader of Europe since 1967. He met every leader in Asia since 1975. He not only met the Dalai Lama, but it was the Dalai Lama that came to see him and spent a month with him. He met every Native American tribal leader since the mid 60's, he met more political, spiritual and religious leaders than probably any other man in history including the Pope, and yes he had even met every Pope since the mid 70's.
I spent a great deal of time with Grandfather Gillihan (no he was not my grandfather, Grandfather is a Native title of respect). He gave me my Native American name.
You might ask why was this man so well sought after by so many people.
The grandson of Chief Sitting Bull placed into Jim Gillihan's hands the care and responsibility of carrying the medicine pipe of Chief Sitting Bull. It was the only pipe of Chief Sitting Bull that was still actively used in Native ceremonies until Jim Gillihan's death. At that time the pipe was suppose to go into the hands of a Lakota medicine man at Grandfather Gillihan's request, however the son of Mr. Gillihan refused to pass the pipe on. So now it is no longer being used as it should be.
