OK, for anyone who's bored, try this for an hour or so

On this marvellous site, you can watch mould growing on cheddar cheese during its manufacture, in real time.

If anyone does watch it, perhaps they could give us a rundown on the highlights in say, a month?

Day 49 & 10 Hours, in the big cheese house, and the stilton has been spreading it visous fungus spores all over cheddar..

Day 49 & 11 Hours, in the big cheese house, Cheddar has been evictend and heads straight to the shop on the corner..

Thats engough of that i think, back to the wonderfull world that is paint drying. Just read the thread about fear of death, after checking this site i can truely say i'm not affraid.

Just wait till the Indian premium cheese is moved in; that should make things more interesting when the cheap English cheese gets resentful and jealous....
