The problem with your post arises from the fact that is makes little sense or shows a poor conception of how one can catch an STD. It hearkens back to the days of "I sat on a public toilet seat".
If you are fortunate enough to have a Mistress who enjoys oral torture via "blow job", then you will be the envy of most boys. *Smile*
Can you contract an STD orally? Possible but not overly probable. However, it is always better to be safe than sorry. It is actually more common for a woman to contract an STD orally from the male. An example of that would be gonorreah of the throat. If that happens, then she could, conceivably pass that on by continuing to engage in oral play with others.
Your actual question begs the question: Does smoking cigarettes have anything to do with transmitting an STD? Absolutely not. Smoking has nothing to do with sexaully transmitted diseases. It does not cause STD's. This is why the other Ladies were confused and responded with a bit of tongue in cheek.
At 19, and with an interest in this lifestyle, it is a bit frightening that you are not more informed. There is lots of information available and you should avail yourself of the free education you can find online. Gone are the days of locker room misinformation and/or secrets regarding sex. I am surprised (and perhaps I should not be) that a 19 year old would be worried about contracting an STD through oral sex just because his partner is a cigarette smoker.
If you wish to pursue an alternative lifestyle, such as this one, you should, at least, have the basics down.
