Did not read the entire post... sort of got stopped at the 'i am a lesbian' bit... Seriously do you realize just how many men there are out there that claim they are lesbians in man's body?  no seriously... TONS...

?? What does your post have to do with the OP?  Who cares if there are a lot of men out there who claim to be lesbians, PK is a woman. You already admitted you didn't read the OP (your loss by the way.. it's outstanding). Did you even bother to read her profile?

Well.. I really wasn't prepared to see closed minded idiots replying to my thread.. but I suppose I shouldn't gratify them with a reply. Still.. it strikes me as odd how someone would come to a place like -this- and call anyone sick. Why bother coming here if you're not open minded and tolerant of differences?

Ah well. If I were any less self-assured and confident, I may just be phased. ^_^

::chuckles:: I've been hearing it for over 20 years, PK. It means nothing.. absolutely nothing. Your writing rocks and I look forward to reading what you have to say.

Another forceheterosexual prudent fear reaction.

Fake paranoia by the way is curable. Go to par example San Franciso or Berlin and stay some time in in the Queer Community.

As a bisexual switch i am well accustomed to the prude and gblt afraid partipants in the SM world. It will never cease to amaze me, how bigott people could be. I would wish for a post of Merc and beth, because they have very clear moral ideals on one hand (the good old cheating debate comes to mind) and are open to the many facets of our lifestyle. Maybe one year they will travel to Berlin and visit our sweet little Folsom Berlin. By the way our gay major Wowereit welcomes the Folsom Berlin every year and every year as sure as the sun sets, the CDU (Christian Democratic Union) tries to make it a topic, that our MAJOR is greeting this sick homosexual Sado Masochists.

An opinion based on smoke without substance and one which dissipates with the slightest breeze. If you wanted to 'let it go at that' why edit to engage in passive-aggressive antics? If you had actually just 'let it go at that', I'd never have written what follows. I'd just have ignored your rantings like I usually do.

Bita, you have met 'her' and know she tells the truth?  wow!!!  Then i most certainly stand corrected and thank you!

Of course I 'know' her. I AM her. Oh, to be sure, my skin is different, my visage is different. I am not in her body, I haven't lived the life she's lived but we are the same. And her gender is completely immaterial. Her soul comes through loud and clear. The pain of her confusion.. that was my pain, too. The conflict she feels, I felt it, too. The loss, the worry, the utter emptiness of going through life with this shadowed cloud hanging over you trying to hang on to some semblance of normalcy. At least what your own mind preceives as normal. Then there is the constant barrage of 'society' and the formation of years of media bombardment, parental and familial involvement, always wondering what the hell is wrong with you. Yeah, I know her. I know her so well, it's almost scary. She's on a path you can't even begin to comprehend because your blinders are so dark and narrow that you see only what you wish to see and anything which threatens your rose-colored view of the world simply doesn't exist.

I suggest you take your own advice and not get into a war with me and truly, seriously, let this go. You've agreed with another poster.. you think PK is sick.

I'm sick, too, angelic.. because I read posts like yours, know how common they are among the vanilla and straight population and it makes me want to vomit.

Of course, it's all OK for me to say this because, after all, it's just my opinion.

Celeste

Then, angelic, you have missed a beautifully moving bit of writing.  Even if I doubted the veracity of the OP, it is a remarkable glimpse of a dominant’s burgeoning awareness of self and the fearsome responsibilities that such power requires.
She disclosed a raw and brutally honest view of a part of herself and shared her joy that she has discovered it all has a name, that there are other people with the same thoughts and feelings.
I am glad for her and greatly appreciated her post.

There are wonderful resources available to you to help you on this new journey of your awakening.
the frugaldomme.com & castlerealm.com are 2 web sites you may want to explore.
My favorite books are Different Loving & Screw the roses send me the thorns. They are available in amazon.com.
I'd also recommend you finding classes, munches and others in your local community to help you grow.
Over all get your feet wet, educate yourself, and enjoy finding the piece of the puzzle in you you never saw before.
You'll find BDSM oriented relationships are way deeper (at least for me) than vanilla relationships ever could be.
Congratulations on your awakening & best wishes for you to find your full freedom in your new sadistic path.

You're right. I don't like that. I'm not sure what you're referring to but I really don't see the need to be so accusatory.

What are you guys talking about?? I am scratching my head trying to figure this out. If you had read the original post before deciding that PK is not really a woman, I might have some tolerance for your opinion.

awesome PK the aina is treating me well when it comes to freinds, beauty, inspiration, career and ocean adventures, but it is not treating me as well as it pertains to meeting new folks in leather, because our local munch is generally two maybe three folks meeting once a month in the food court at the mall....sad but true...lol

aloha ruth, i hope this explains the word mahalo for you:

Source: Pukui, Mary Kawena & Elbert, Samuel H., HAWAIIAN DICTIONARY, University of Hawai`i Press, Honolulu, 1986

(snip)
I
f you learn just two words in Hawaiian, learn these. They are two of the most important words in the Hawaiian language, representing paramount Hawaiian values.
I
n Hawaiian thinking, words have mana [pronounced: mah' nah], meaning spiritual or divine power], and aloha and mahalo are among the most sacred and powerful.
S
ay them often as they can be life-transforming and -enhancing. Be careful to use them ONLY if you truly feel mahalo or aloha within. Do not exploit these words for personal gain, and neither cheapen, nor trivialize their use by verbalizing them carelessly or without sincerity.
A
loha and mahalo are ineffable, indescribable, and undefinable with words alone; to be understood, they must be experienced.
D
eeper meaning and sacredness is hinted at by the root words of these words. Linguists differ in their opinions as to the exact meanings and origins, but this is what was told to me by my kupuna (elder):
On a spiritual level,
aloha is an invocation of the Divine and mahalo is a Divine blessing. Both are acknowledgments of the Divinity that dwells within and without.
Aloha
[Alo = presence, front, face] + [ = breath]
"The presence of (Divine) Breath."
Mahalo
[Ma = In] + [ = breath] + [alo = presence, front, face]
"(May you be) in (Divine) Breath."
Think of them as single-word blessings or prayers.
The following are dictionary definitions using English words, which are approximate translations, at best:*

Aloha. 1. Aloha, love, affection, compassion, mercy, sympathy, pity, kindness, sentiment, grace, charity; greeting, salutation, regards; sweetheart, lover, lover, loved one; beloved, loving, kind, compassionate, charitable, lovable; to love, be fond of; to show kindness, mercy, pity, charity, affection; to venerate; to remember with affection; to greet, to hail. Greetings! Hello! Good-by! Farewell! Alas!

      "Mahalo.
      1. Thanks, gratitude; to thank.

2. Admiration, praise, esteem, regards, respects; to admire, praise, appreciate.
3. esteemed.

The one critical issue that no-one has yet addressed is how, at the age of 18, were you aware that you were 22 years old?

Was that asked in a friendly, teasing manner or in a stuffy, "getting hung up and prickly over grammar" sort of tone?

I ask because if someone with a bur in their britches spots it they might get up in arms, as tone fails to come across in many posts.

(My tone happens to be simple curiosity, for those who could not tell.)

WARNING WILL ROBINSON!!

Oh heck, it was the title that made me say that.

PK, that was a wonderful description of your "coming of age" in your sadism. Thank you. From what I have been able to tell, that's approximately the same road that other sadists I know have traveled - just said so much better than most.

And from being on the other side of your fence... loving a sadist can be difficult, crazy-making and a lot of other frustrating adjectives... but above all, so entirely worth it.

Good luck in what you do.
