The clicking sound are something to do with AD Blocker. If you have it you will have to turn it off to post on here. I use Spybot  and it seems the site has allowed the  pictures at the bottom of the page in the add to infect you computer with a Trogan if you dont have the proper protection. I have tried with no luck to tell teh Suoprt staff about ti as it just started on Thursday after the site crached that day. I would suggest everyone make sure you have spy ware and some program like NOD32 to protect your system. I find is reather strange site has allowed this to happen  but then again maybe they are being paid for this to allow the other site to track our use here. If  my son is a web site administrator and figured out  today   Hope this may help

Has your son the website administrator come up with the reason why if Collarme was being paid to track usage, they would tell you how to turn off the CLICKING NOISE????  I have Spybot and Adaware and no such problems, dude, maybe its other sites you're going to??????

I thought it was my TMJ acting up again

MasterDesire -> RE: Clicking Sounds (2/10/2007 7:47:34 PM)

well  think what you like and be a smart  a-- with your comments  But it is associated with the amature side that has the 4 pictures at the bottom of the page  If you watch the title bar the pictures are listed as they open and then the ad blocker click for eachone  as they are trying to redirect your computer to their site. But then again seems everyone knows more than some one who does  This problem started after this site went down on Thursday  nothing before that

quietkitten -> RE: Clicking Sounds (2/10/2007 7:49:59 PM)

thank you... I will in fact continue to be a smarta-- because that is what I do... thanks for noticing! :)

kc692 -> RE: Clicking Sounds (2/10/2007 8:13:00 PM)

Gotta feeling he was talking to me quietkitten, I piss some doms off, go figure...(glad I don't piss off the ones I give a shit about.).[sm=banana.gif][sm=mrpuffy.gif][sm=banana.gif][sm=mrpuffy.gif][sm=biggrin.gif]

Edited to add:  Smart ass that I am, I tend to visit what I'm assuming you are calling the AMATEUR side.  Again, let me type slowly,,,I have Spybot, Adaware, and have visited both sides many times since Thursday, and No TROJANS have tried to infect my computer.  By the way, I also have spell check, you might want to try acquiring it for yourself.

quietkitten -> RE: Clicking Sounds (2/10/2007 8:15:40 PM)

Yanno...that is a problem that can be worked with from a conservative standpoint pretty easily...

SirKenin -> RE: Clicking Sounds (2/12/2007 8:35:36 AM)

I like the clicking sounds for some reason.  And the added speed certainly is a bonus.  w00t!!!

Stephann -> RE: Clicking Sounds (2/12/2007 9:22:53 AM)

Yep, as a firefox user, I don't get any clicking sounds.  I can always play the sound back in winamp if I want to hear it :D

That man can not "work" for CM.  They have higher standards.  So therefore, everything he says is utter BS.

Look at Mod1's neat little diagram.........

and then look at his post........

Questions?  Comments?

i use firefox as well.. but i'm going to have to use IE so i dont feel left out in the cold.

gooddogbenji -> RE: Clicking Sounds (2/12/2007 9:51:21 AM)

Actually, I think he meant the amateur SITE, with the pictures at the bottom of the page.

It don't change his full of shitness, but I'm just sayin.

benji

cloudboy -> RE: Clicking Sounds (2/12/2007 10:57:03 AM)

Ahh, the joy of having MAC.

farglebargle -> RE: Clicking Sounds (2/12/2007 11:04:29 AM)

I guess people don't automatically select "No Sound Scheme"?

Damn thing sounds like a harddrive servo going bad.

Tamerofwild1s -> RE: Clicking Sounds (2/12/2007 12:07:29 PM)

It simply amazes me that even in a technical bulletine given by the owner of the site people get on each other and reduce themselves to name calling and  detrimental behaviors . just once I would like to see a thread in which people with different views actually got along in a society created by our differences doesn't it stand to reason we should pull together for a united feeling .....

gahhhhh ... guess I'm just a dreamer
