If you download Google Earth and then punch in your address you can see a satellite picture of your home.  Just one of the fun things you can do with the program.

Problem is the free version doesn't magnify in well enough.  If you put our address in even knowing the neighborhood you still cannot find our house.
The most you can go on is our long driveway...and it sure isn't where it should belong on the street.

I was able to see the place where I lived in Havana (there was a cloud shadow over the building though)- but I couldn't see a more rural place in Cuba...it was blurry-

I find that local.live.com has better pictures most of the time.

I have had it for quite a while.   I can see my house, but the satalite picture is old and doesn't show any of the improvements I have put in during the last 3 years

The pic of my house was taken on an August weekday, around 13-14hrs, going by the foliage and the shadow, and because my car is parked outside the old office just on the edge of town, but my employees cars arent there, because they must have been at lunch.

Meanwhile, at my mom's house a mile away from mine, she is out and my dad is in - doing what I dont know, as he ought to have been at work. The school playground over the road, where my smallest UM attends, is empty - but then they break for lunch 12-13hrs so they must have all been back in class.
