Nice rationalization Ross..I had knee surgery on both at 17 and cancer removal at 9 and again at 10...I pop an Aleve for mine.  If you still have that much pain from your's it's likely in your head not your body.

hey i had ankle surgery twice has knee replacement and acl surgery 2 times
cracked hip 3  years ago
spinal stynosis i feel 28 feet when climbing in isaeal in 2004
last august they removed my larg intestin colon due to pre cancer
and a bunch of other things going on
you can only say what you feel not what others feel
go take some LCD atleast i dont do drugs like that

I never said I take LSD, just that I heard it can stop a migraine.  You suggested shrooms.

Ross, we may not feel and/or understand the pain however all or some of us at one point of our lives have experienced what you are(were) going through.  and while we're on the subject of pain and meds, ask me why my oldest UM takes not only Duradrin but Amitriptyline and Neurontin (did take Phenobarbital before we switched). life is not easy when someone was hit by a train.

I'm in no mood for time outs.  Unfortunately I'm not intoo much pain of my own right now to have the strength to deal with your issues Ross.  I work in mental health.  You think I haven't heard everything you've said a thousand times over?  It's the same exact arguements I've heard from addiction patients for 3 years.  You choose the way you deal with your pain and problems.  No one forces you to keep taking the pills after your physical injuries have healed.  And given the length of time since those injuries they HAVE healed.  The only thing that hasn't is your psyche.  I'm out, this is making my head hurt even worse.  Good Night.

as originator of this thread,

i wish to extend my heartfelt apologies to those who just witnessed the following scene. 

this thead was created as a safe haven for posters who want to get away from the trolls, in-fighting, etc and have some fun on an neverending world cruise. it's not always like this however i won't let it keep on continuing that it ultimately upsets the other posters and viewers here.

this is a fun lively bunch of people to meet and hang out ...plus it's a good way to lose that vanilla cone in a hurry. once again, i want to offer my deepest apologies.

ok, enough of this - life is too short to be wasting it by arguing. grab a cocktail and have fun!

they had me on nurontin didnt work they had me on lots of less potent things but i cant take tylon 3 becouse im am alergic to st8t codein so i need a codein substinse i wish i could take vickoden wich is less potent and not as strong as percocets but short of walking around with a PSA pump and a bag of medisin like i was for 5 months percocets are the only thing helping right now i take 2 every 5 house now compared to 2 every 3 houres 2 months ago when i was taking like 12 a day now im taking like 6 a day

i am Bipolar and i have TSA if you work in mental health i hope you know what that is
i take medication every day to keep my crap under control and dont use it as an excuse like 75 % of the ppl out there do so dont use it as an excuss like you have heard it all you work in it and use that as an excuss if i read corectly if i didnt them im sorry
but i have it and i make shur i take care of myself

Apology accepted CD and no worries. We'll just move back on track and not allow further derailments. Like you said, the cruise was created as a haven of fun and safety from too much drama and/or nastiness and we all have a responsibility to keep it that way.
