Status: offline 		He means they are having fat transplanted from their ass into their boobs - as the implants. It must be a new  breast augmentation technique. At least that's what I think he means.

Status: offline 		I've been told I don't have much of any ass to begin with - so there wouldn't be much to transplant! I have a "flat ass", I guess - not all that attractive, (but I am not lookiing for a boob job, either, so I guess that's okay).
