i have done this, lol....ok, i have another thread going on about how i suck my thumb and want to stop....i was in a nilla relantionship when i was in high school and we did this all the time....he just said it felt nice and it was an awsome substitute for my thumb....the only substitute that ever worked....but there was not bondage involved...we jsut both slept on our sides and i slept down farther with a pillow under my head fo his cock and my mouth were at the same level....but this was just for few hour naps...we were in high school after all and couldent spend the nights at each others' places.... but yea...it can be done, you just have to be sure you won't bite...
