Eat every doughnut in sight!!! It's Fat Thursday and we all must be filled with sugar by midnight until we are a step away from diabetes! Currently enjoying a Boston cream filled doughnut ( humm...reminds of something else too :) ) and a bar of Milka's Luffle chocolate.

I think binging like that is what makes people sick.
Try doing what you like in moderation every day, and hopefully no diabetes that way because your body will be used to producing a certain amoung of insulin. M
