If you are referring to the message board's membership being seperate from the main site's membership, it's really not all that strange.

Anyone can be a member of either, or a member of both. It's not uncommon to see a board member's posts on the board and never find them on the Personal's pages... each has it's own seperate membership signup. Most main site Personal's pages members don't bother filling out a message board profile, as those who are only message board members don't usually fill out a Personal's pages profile.
It's not uncommon to find many Collarme Personal's pages members enter the Message Board via the Message Boards link on main Personal's pages site... while others use the second link above and are members only on the Message Board, or vice-versa.
On the Personal's pages (main site), you will find many blank profiles. This is partly because owned/collared subs/slaves may create a profile simply to use for the chat rooms or the message board... and not be seeking at all, so why complete the interests data and such if they are not seeking e-mails from fakes and wannabe Dom/mes promising they are a better Dom/me? Troll mails do get redundant after awhile.
