I would defend anyone's right to say what they want, including shouting fire in the cinema which I doubt there is a specific law against it. People then have to face the consequences of their actions.
I was against the prosecution of the Asian bloke accused of spreading race hate in London by calling for the beheading of white people. I thought good, people know what shit they have allowed in their midst. I'd be happy for people to call for the violent over throw of the British Parliament and State, everyone knows where people stand then. If people are ostricized for having their right to free speach, well that is the consequence but better to have the right than have some social work thought police being arbiters of what is right and wrong.
