Hello This is my first post and am hopimg someone can help me. I have piles and my teacher wants us to have anal sex we have only 'played' 3 times and the last time i said i wasnt ready i haven't said why and he is being patient.
I would like to have anal sex with him but am worried will it work. Has anyone had anal sex with someone with piles and what is it like? If this is too personal to answer in public please message me provately as this is a genuine concern and i would appreciate any advice or feedback. i will respect any confidences of anyone who mesages me privately.

It's up to your discretion (I wouldent do it), but your likely going to hear the most important thing: TELL HIM.

there are so many problems, injuries, messy no nos that happen because for some reason people think your supposed to keep your mouth shut, dont.

I recommend seeing your doctor first of all. There are also a lot of over the counter things that can help. Such as Preparation H, witch hazel (thankyou MasterFireMaam lol) and other things.
If you go see your doctor you can get a timeline on when it is safe to play. I also suggest you tell the dom what is going on, yes it is embarrassing sometimes but stuff like that needs to be known.

First off, you need to tell him... yah, it's embarrassing, but communication is key, and hey, I'm going to embarrass myself pretty soon by admitting I know about the subject... LOL

Second, I think it would hurt like crazy! I enjoy anal, but, not when that kind of stuff is going on... ouch.

Third, besides preparation H and witch hazel (you can get them in wipes) like CJ mentioned, there's also a great homeopathic cream from Nelsons that I find much gentler than Prep. H personally. Also, try warm bath with epsom salts and no fragrance in the water.

Fourth, like CJ said, maybe you should talk to your doctor too about this.

It depends on the hemorroids, how large they are, how often they flair up, etc. i enjoying anal sex trememdously and have had a hemorroid since the birth of my first replicant. It doesn't bother me, doesn't get enflamed or flair up, so my experience may not be the norm. But i have no trouble with it at all. It doesn't make it hurt more (for me) always use lots of lube. For me it is a non-issue.

Mine are from when i had my children and they dont hurt but one hangs down, sorry tmi. I have made an appointment with the doctor but it isnt until friday. Thanks for replying

Peprsonally I think far too much emphasis is placed on anal obligations at all costs. Just ask how many penetrators would oblige the same treatment at the whim of another's tool. Sphincter tone fades with age and even those who do not particiapte in anal frivolities have trouble containing their poo. I'd say going into the anal phase of your relationship with a known structural condition wouldn't be the most prudent course of action. Of course if he is slim...but if he is well endowed, you risk a worsening of your condition. Prudence and information are smart partners. Good luck regardless.

Well, although it's not a term you may be used to; a past master is someone who is an expert or experienced in something.

It's an oft used term in UK English.

OK I just have to say... if you arent at a point in your relationship where you can tell him you have hemeroids then you are deffinetly not at  a point in the relationship where you are ready for anal sex or sex at all. There is a natural progretion of things.
