Hai, if it brings you any comfort, someone did the same thing to me, except they added two letters onto the end.  I know they took it, because mine is very unique, I am the only one on the internet that uses it (at the time I created it, long before this board, I did a Google search to see if anyone else was using it), it has a specific meaning that they probably know nothing about (it is Japanese), and they joined after I did.

What can you do?  Some people just lack originality.
