Ok I and my pet are getting into more extreme play.  Like penile insertion and needle. We both have been to demos and recall basic safety issues.  I need ideas because when I went to the demos it was a submissive so I did not retain much of the parts on what to do with male subs and would like to surprise him on monday.  I posted a similier thread in ask a Mistress but saddly it getting hits but not replies.  So I bring it here hoping maybe if I ask you all more ideas will come.

Probably why you aren't getting replies is because it's really not possible to adequately describe in writing "extreme" things. You really do need to learn these thing FROM someone. Info on the internet can only go so far.

See if you can contact one of the people who gave these demos. If they are relatively close to you perhaps you can arrange to apprentice and learn the techniques with your boy as the one you practice on. This way you learn new things but also have someone who is skilled there to give you immediate feedback and support.

I learned a lot of what I learned from the net ... and then I joined muches and monthly play parties to watch things in action and then I did it on my own.  I will say that I get a lot of scene ideas from reading stories in places like literotica.  I also search for videos here and there to get ideas as well.

Yes I been doing a lot of online erotica reading as well.  Videos are harder to come by.  I have a few ideas I will post back waht they are and how they went.  And maybe you all can help me change it out here and there to add veriety.

I would think it would depend on what you consider "extreme" play.  What seems extreme to one person may seem tame to another.

If you're getting into needle play.  Go with saline infusion in the testicles.  There is a lot of extra skin there to fill up.  His body will eventually absorb it.
Also sounds in his urethra.  Just be careful everything is sterile.

I am ordering sound in two weeks already on the list and we have discussed injections as well.  We are working on ball stretching right now.  He wears a 1/4 inch cotton rope wrapped 14 times around his balls for several hours each day and or sleeps with it.  HE started out at 7 wraps 3 weeks ago.  We go to 16 tuesday.

Then check out an item...it is called a parachute.  Essentially it looks like a little parachute upside down of course.
Attaches to the testicles.  Has weight in it.

Also there are weighted donuts you can buy.

Rope only goes so far..plus it is dangerous.  With a parachute or donut it is much safer...also adds more weight.

For the truly wicked you could use a donut and try the infusion.  No idea how it would work, but it would be worth hearing about.

OMG, this is one of the scariest things I've seen suggested to someone newer. Go read  http://www.collarchat.com/m_153573/mpage_1/key_infusion/tm.htm#160595 for just a few of the problems. I'm sick to my stomach that this would ever have been casually suggested. A note to be sterile doesn't begin to cover infusion play. One of the things not mentioned in the post referenced, is the possibility of testicular torsion.. aka the testicle twisting while floating in the un natural environment of saline and the spermatic cord being compromised. Untreated, a testical experiencing torsion dies. As mentioned in a prior post, all play considered extreme requires learning from an expert. Put off doing any type of play you're unsure about until you're able to be sure you can do it safely. You have a responsibility of safety to the person with whom you play!

Yes torsion is a slim possibility(but the cord would seriously have to be pretty long or the ball would have to twist and the fluid get intaken before it untwisted.  I am not male but I am sure if the ball twisted or the cord knotted there would be considerable pain that would remain until taken care of) and it was not mentioned casually.  I deal with injection in my daily life, so thats no big deal.  Sterile  saline I can get and the play room is nearly a drs office.  The entire room can be washed down with bleach water and or medical spray.

Not really considering she already has experience in needle play.  Aside from the fact she would have to research and more than likely attend a demo or two before she could do the infusion properly.
It isn't like a layman can get their hands on the right stuff to do it with.
