Seriously, I'm also a Pisces. The general discription of Pisces fits me alright. So does Aries, Taurus, Gemini, Cancer,
Leo, Libra, Saggitarius, etc etc. I think Astrological signs have the same impact as stepping on cracks on the sidewalk and tossing salt over your shoulder. It's kinda interesting to see the roots of Astrology, but the advice and illustrations provided by Astrology are intentionally vague, to the point of me finding them mostly useless. What becomes more irritating is when the signs don't match reality, the additions of a rising this or house of that is supposed to be the 'reason' for the misinterperatation.

I'll say I've fared well with Scorpios, myself. I'll also say, the best sex I've ever enjoyed, was with women who didn't seem to have time to address the issue of signs with me; we were too busy talking music, politics, or edge play.

Just as each person is different the influx of their signs are too. So with that said I have in the past looked at each sign and each person in an individual light. I'm an Aries, and when paired with another Aries the spark was a dud. Gemini, alot of laughter and creative thought. Cancer, my rising very Oral and Nurthering, Virgo awe inspiring and long lasting heat if we dont kill each other in the Nilla Daylight. The only mulitiple has been Virgo, so all in all that's the only one I trust to give credit to the Sun sign...........

I could say Gemini are switches... lol... just kidding.

I have had two Gemini boyfriends, both more than casual dating. One was worse than hung up in the sack. I tried to get him to be a little kinky and he just could not go there. I am a double Scorpio. This means what you see is what you get.

But despite being ruled by my passions, I have a Pisces moon which messes with my head.

I get into a conflict and beat it to death from left field with my stinger while the conflict is concerned with my pincers, until my pisces moon comes around and I get bored and wander off.

Although this may be one of the main reasons I do not hold grudges.

Astrology isn't about concrete"qualities" it's about mutable tendencies. The older a person is, the more likely they are to have overcome their "bad" tendencies to some degree, and sometimes due to certain stimuli, this can happen at quite an early age, and sometimes with a complete reversion reaction, and often without the use of any astrological knowledge or know-how, or anything other than life. From what I can tell after reading here, few have any idea what signs they are most compatible with, and seeing a lot of gemini/pisces combos mentioned (a horrid pairing) one must wonder what books are being read. Youre best bet is to make sure your moon placings are compatible, since the moon rules the disposition. Several books I've read used the moons solely for compatibility prediction. The other thing to consider most is the element associated with the 2 signs. If you're a fire sign(Leo, Aries, Saggittarius), your best with air(Gemini, Aquarius, Libra) and vice versa. If youre water (Pisces, Cancer, Scorpio) you belong with earth (Virgo, Taurus, Capo) and vice versa, etc etc. These are general observations to be sure, and I've also learned that in day to day life, chinese astrology can be much more enlightening, especially compatibility-wise. The mention of being star-crossed (opposite on the astro-wheel) is the one very valid point I've seen made, and is usually the most potent compatibility one can hope to achieve, albeit quite difficult to do so, more often than not. It should be noted that elemental matchings are ALWAYS correct in this case. All the compatibility vectors I point at here are best suited for long term, whereas, a purely sexual compatibility isn't really more than merely trivial and superficial.

The main thing is, to just use it to know the tendencies of others earlier than you normally would, but not to stereotype or classify them, and if their tendencies dont follow the astrological pattern, perhaps give them credit for already overcoming it, or even transcending it..

I don't know about Geminis but the BEST lovers I've ever been with have been Scorpios. They are the sign ruled by the genitals! They are, allegedly, the best match to those of us who belong to the fish sign. So far, in my experience, I wholeheartedly concur!! Calm and dependable in the outside world; creative and kinky as hell in our private world.
