It sounds like you have been through alot as of late, I will continue to keep you in prayer. I pray you find the happiness you deserve, and very soon!

JerseyKrissi72,  you are among the kindest hearts I know. I welcome prayers.

I need to stay focussed and do something every day toward fixing my life.
My realitor is old school- he is loaded with helpful info. He doesnt operate out of greed- we hung out the one day- went to grocer- and a tool sale at the fire company.

I have the name of the finance guru of the area. :-)  She knows all the programs- says my realtor.  :-)

Your kind words- give me a boost and a smile.

thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   wayy cool

Sorry to hear you are having such a rough time with this.  You asked about rentals in my geography.  They aren't cheap, I am near a university and a 2-year tech school, the landlords can get what they ask and there's not much negotiation.

Best of luck on getting back on your feet. I have been were you are and I know things seem there worst, but it is that survival instinct that kicks in and makes us even better. I lived in a car in Allentown, Penna for the months of December through March, in 1982. It gave me plenty of time to reflect on my errors.
Anyways, good luck.
