since i don't have the money to have a custom-made corset, and i have a plus-size figure, i've spent a lot of time (and money) buying different corsets and ending up disappointed. i ordered two from http://www.sub-shop.com recently, though, so i thought i'd plug them because i really like the ones i got and they're fitting very well. i got the satin underbust in a 1x and the leather diva corset in an xl, and they both fit well and are well-made. sub shop also does custom sizing, i think, but for those who are slightly less well-off and are looking for good sized corsets, i'd definitely recommend checking them out.

Those seem interesting. I am definitly more impressed though by alter_ego on ebay. Her work is amazing. I paid under 100 for an amazing leather corset. She has sizes up to an 8 X.

And I live in a city where a corset is as standard issue as a motorcycle jacket and leather chaps. Her leather is good quality, her corsets are lined and steel boned, they can be tightlaced, she has more than one style, always in stock, they are hella cheap, and she carries up to an 8X. If that isn't big enough, I believe custom sizing is also an option. Oh and her shipping is fast and she has amazing customer service.

I am so glad i ran into this post...I just had a baby and well...my corset does not fit me right now hahaha. I want to get a few new one's, but they are always so incredibly expensive.

Sub-shop is good quality for good prices. And as an old jaded domme, their interesting selection of restraints and bondage devices is a breath of fresh air! Highly recommend!

Alter ego is the best I've found for plus size real leather corsets at reasonable prices. She has a shop on ebay with a big selection. ~Lashra
