ORIGINAL: DiurnalVampire Technically, she could be fired for that. She has no place to be making a udgement on what you are buying, especialy in a place like CVS, where people buy embarassing medical and personal hygiene products all the time. I work for Walgreens, and I know if that ever hapened and we were reported, its instant termination. After some of the things Ive seen and heard in my store, a guy buying a pair of pantyhose is nothing. She was terribly in the wrong. Its not like you announced they were for you, for all she knew you might have been buying them for a wife or girlfriend. If I were you, Id have reported her to a manager, or written to corporate. But, since I work for the compattion, its lovely customer service liek that that makes My store so much more popular than theirs. DV i agree with dv. i was humiliated once by a (male) pharmacist when attempting to have a plan b prescription (my only one, ever) filled by walgreens, before it was available otc (i ended up having to go to a different store to get it, but i never reported it, and i should have). it's ridiculous that someone would treat you like that. it's none of their damn business...honestly, it makes me sad that we can't be comfortable shopping for anything personal anymore. i especially like the suggestion about asking if black's not your color ;)
