Howard was named executor in the will, And I think it was pretty clear that she wanted to be buried next to her son.

Oh the body? I thought it was the baby you were asking about - because I think Larry should end up with the baby (I think he is the father, but of course it should end up with the real father, if it turns out to be someone else).

I really could care less....when you're gone you're gone...bury her in a cardboard box for all I care...but really, whatever it says in the will..I haven't followed the story..cracks me up how there are hard working single mothers getting killed in the ghetto every day and you don't hear about THEIR life, oh no..but some drug addicted whore dies and we are suppose to hear about it on every channel...her death was a result of BAD LIVING..

I think the law states it should go to her mother. Yet, that means a Texas burial and everything points to the fact she wanted to be buried in California. It was because of money that Stern bought the plot in the Bahamas.

Knowing a little about burial plots. It is his name on the title to the plot. Which means he owns it not Anna. No reason why her son could'nt be moved to California.

If the woman wanted to be buried next to her son....who cares where that is.... just bury her there. I'm always amazed at the selfishness of people to decide what to do with the remains. As if their wishes are more importnat than hers. When alive she had the power over her body, not anyone else. She could do with her body as she wished. Well, what's the issue now that she's dead? Why should it matter? The plot was paid for, on her behalf, so that she could be buried there.

I find it equally ncredible that everyone was more worried about what to do with her body than where that b**y was going to go. I recall hearing news about it in passing through channels and whatnot, and never once in the first few days hearing anything about the b**y, like she didn't even exist. I think the same selfish crappy attitude applies here, as with her body.

By the way, I didn't vote in the poll because I think it was her business, no one else's, about hwere she chose to be buried. This should never have been an issue.

Not, who do you think should end up with the body. After this is decided, they will hopefully get the paternity issue for the b**y addressed.

I would say her mother should have custody of her body simply because she is her next of kin. And I did hear her mother mention she would like Daniels body moved to Texas also. Howard, just don't trust him. I am hoping that Larry is the babies dad. Our laws suck. Paternity dosent take that long to determine although I do understand it is because of the baby not being here in the U.S. The grandmother should be the one with custody of the baby until the fathers identity is known.
