Many times in these forums you have heard people say that they were leaving collarme and they never walked away. Things have happened over the last week that have made it nearly impossible for me to stay. Whether I was as wrong as the one claims or not it does not matter for there are those that will believe one side and not the other or will not allow a neutral path to something that should have remained private.
Even the one that was hurt continues to go from one extreme to the other, one day apologizing the next threatening. It is okay, I do not care, nor is it something that bothers me. The truth is, I will miss the many friends here, but you might also have noticed that the numbers of my posts have dwindled significantly.
It is because I have found someone that fills my heart, someone that truly makes me happy, and someone that has given herself to me completely.
I am not deleting my account but it is being deactivated and I will not be in the forums nearly as much if at all. I will miss the games and I will miss my true friends, and I bid you adieu.

This should be good for some additional drama.

Robert, you could really do with giving your head a rattle. You've fucked up, give the woman her money back and move on.

If you want to kill the drama... why not leave quietly, with personal messages to your friends? Why drag out the drama more?

"The time has come," the Walrus said,
"To talk of many things:
Of shoes--and ships--and sealing-wax--
Of cabbages--and kings--
And why the sea is boiling hot--
And whether pigs have wings."

Come on, you know how much we love "please beg me to stay" threads.

Listen, I will be woman enough to say that I should never have posted that thread in the first place and for that I am sincerely sorry. I never mentioned his name and didn't expect him to respond. That was something personal between me and him and I was wrong to do that. I won't get into the personals of it because that is between us...I love this site because everyone here has been friendly and kind to me through a most difficult time in my life (losing Ron) and I ask you treat Robert the same way, with respect as he deserves...There was alot of confusion and angry words spoken---- I ask that we forget this entire experience and I'll take responsibility for posting that thread and let's all be friends.*hugs*

You must do what you feel you need to do. Be well and may the Creator guide you on your new path in life.

`Twas brillig, and the slithy toves
Did gyre and gimble in the wabe:
All mimsy were the borogoves,
 And the mome raths outgrabe.

"Beware the Jabberwock, my son!

Beware the Jubjub bird, and shun

Actually, its not from "Alice in Wonderland" but from Through the Looking-Glass and What Alice Found There.

It is a common error.  Pedantically yours, but without a smidge of drama,

E.

(Edited to add:  MAN, I go away for a few days and I totally missed this?  Someone sent money to whom?  About what?  Geeeeze...its gettin' so you need CollarMe Cliff Notes to just stay abreast of things.)

1. That doesn't allow folks the opportunity to add weepy pleas of "Oh please don't go!" to stroke his ego (oops -- no takers on that one yet)
2. It is an opportunity to take one last parting shot at "the one that was hurt", while pretending the real reason for the post is to announce he's leaving because he's got better ways to occupy his time

i didn't respond on the other thread but i just want to say that i would never send money to someone i hadn't met first.  i think she saw that was a mistake and hopefully learned from it....and hopefully you'll do the 'gentlemanly' thing and pay her back.  And as far as encouraging her to visit 'as a friend' when you had another one on the line...well, i think there must have been some 'more than friends undertones' there (on both parts)....and perhaps some hope...as in, if we click, maybe it will go further....otherwise we will just be friends.

In any event, you are very lucky to have met a suitable partner and i do wish you well.  i'm sure you'll be back to let us know how it goes

And make a brand new start of it

You need a glorious exit....Like strapping a few of these meaty subs to your back for the long walk....It would be a symbolic gesture...of the fat sub epidemic plaguing this site.........Don't take afraid or aileen from the site until they have both posted some nice "tit" shots!

Nothing says goodbye like a child in grief.....There are even Indians surrounding the poem....Gives it more of a spiritual feel!

http://shadowwolf.org/poems.html

When I think of you I will think of this child missing her mommy.  That is the kind of loss I am experiencing at this moment.

So long Robert Cloud..(It would be also a nice touch if you bit the head off of Lorelie's bird on the way out)  I felt like we began a friendship that you rarely find in this cold and callous world.  Go in peace my friend.

You're still here?  Go on....Now get!  Baby steps, brothah...baby steps.
