I nice quick and cheap introduction would be a Waterhole. They are plastic, you adjust them yourself and they can pretty much give you a feel for it. Although they can be cut, that would be detected. It depends on your situation. Just checked your profile I see you are in Austrailia. Well that's about as far from any CB maker I know of is. Therefore I highly suggest the Waterhole first, unless you want to travel for a fitting. You can determine how tight you need it and get a real good idea what your measurements are. I think about ½ of the florentine style CB built need to be sent back at least once for adjustment. In the US metal CBs are made by Lockedinsteel and Jones. In Germany you have Neosteel and in England there is Tollyboy. Both European options are quite expensive, but you get one hell of a product. Jones and Lockedinsteel are a bit cheaper, but make essentially the same thing, it is like the difference between a Benz and a BMW. The look and feel is different, but the function is the same. Open your purse/wallet, none of these are cheap. Tollyboy is probably the most expensive, but it's like a Rolls Royce. I actually like the look of a Neosteel better, but that is a personal preference. I am maniacal, oops, mechanical in nature and I see the Neo as possibly the epitome of the industry right now. Lockedinsteel and Jones are very close. Different designs of course, but if fit right, should be just as comfy and secure. Lockedinsteel has a new design for the shield, that supposedly makes a secondary shield unnecessary. Believe me you want the secondary shield on the other CBs. To work, these things need to be tight, and your lips will be poking out the slit a bit. This can be very irritating, so much so that you for example, would not want to ride a bicycle. The LIS design is supposed to fix that, it might be worth a look. I still definitely recommend the Waterhole first. If you've never worn a CB before, once you put your clothes on, your body doesn't really know if it is plastic or steel. But you can figure out how it affects your movements, and you can figure out other things too. If you are kept away from stout scissors and knives, they are as secure as any. This is something about which I had doubts until I got one. The stuff they use is strong. Anyway, best you do your own research. Google is your friend, try: Tollyboy Neosteel Lockedinsteel La centure de chaste (Jones) Chastitysteel There are a few others. I just can't think of them all right now. You will have to do your own shopping around. There are differences and you will have preferences. T
