I've been looking around trying to find a good tat for my forearm. I've been thinking about a dragon, but have also been playing around with my own designs. Can anyone here give me some ideas ?

Also does anyone know any reliable and clean places in the SJ\Philly area ?

This is in Pittsburg I believe, not Philly, but Shane O'Neil did one for Master a couple of years ago and did an incredible job! It is of the WTC with an eagle in front of it in a defensive position with its wings spread and claws out. Shane was with Studio One at the time, but don't know if he's still there. You might check out the tattoo magazines, as he had some pieces written up...also I believe there is a website.

Also, if you feel like traveling, Cliff's Tattoos on Long Island does some amazing work as well.

Hope this helps.

Thank you. I've been looking around at websites, but I really believe I want something original. I think I may take my ideas to an artist and go from there. I've traveled before for good service, so I wouldn't mind doing it again.

There's a very good place in Allentown, called The Quilliam. I believe it's on 19th Street. I got two tats done there, very clean, professional, and good!

I wasn't suggesting you find a design from the websites, but rather get a feel for the style of the artists. Often what you go with will determine the artist you choose. Some do incredible animals, but not so good with still life....some work miracles in grayscale, but suck at anything in color. All of my owner's tattoos are of original design, and each of the artists chosen for their talent in a particular area.
