met a dom, chatted for weeks, everything is looking good, talking about meeting r/t, then the red flags- who i should be takling to and my unmentionables. so, i say im gonna take a break for a while. then the hate mail starts...delete, block.
any thoughts on why such a cool sounding person would turn like this? it kinda scared me....

Because, just like in the vanilla word, some creeps are very good at seeming non-creeply till they think they have you.

Most of the preditor guys wait 6 months to show you who they really are to make it harder for you to leave.
Just thank God you saw his true colors early on and not after he'd trapped you into living with him or something.

For the same reason a nice sounding Dom sends me a pleasant email and asks me to have a private chat with him after giving me multiple compliments, then turns around and insults my intelligence when i point out that if he had indeed read my profile he would know i'm happily collared, and i must respectfully decline his chat request.

He was respectful to me at first, and i returned the favor. Then he insults me because he didn't get what he wanted.

There are alot of greedy and selfish men out there who only want what they want. And let's face it, sitting behind a computer people can honestly be whoever and whatever they want. Instead of wondering why people turn on you like that, you should be grateful that you found out their true self before you got harmed. i know i have been many times over before i found my Master.

Over the internet, many people can be deceiving.  Always hard to really know someone through the internet without meeting them in person.  Plain and simple.

It's called fantasy.  i have found that a LOT and i do mean a LOT of cool-sounding Doms get weird when it comes time when meeting in person should be the next logical step.  my opinion is that they really like the fantasy relationship they have online and do whatever they can to sabotage so that it's the submissive's "fault" they aren't meeting.  It's so common that i would love to start an office pool but that would require i out myself which i can't do at work.

I say just block him, there are some very funny and dishonest people on here as so is with many other internet sites. My advise is, take yr time, and be optimistic. I have had an experience where a sub was the liar, so it goes both ways. Good luck.

I had the same experience recently where I was talking to a guy who seemed really nice and respectful and the min we started talking in Yahoo he started calling me a Bitch and telling me things that I had to do and that I wasnt ready for a D/s relationship becuase I was fucked up.........now I dont even talk to him because he was such an asshole to me.........dont even bother with ppl like that it just makes your life miserable...good luck....

Troll,
this dom was saying things like he was training them to keep me out of trouble when he had never met them... called them, 'my little trainies'
