Hello All;

I'm a DOM with 20+ yrs experience in the lifestyle.
I live in South Jersey, approx. 15 miles from Phila., Pa.
My style of Domination is more mental than physical.
A system of rewards and punishments. Yes, some of the punishments can be physical.
I also use the check list at Castle Realm as a teaching tool. Like a pre-test that is given at the beginning of a course.

I feel that no matter how long a person has been in this lifestyle, they can still learn something. Even from people less experienced.
I teach college, and I learn from my students.

I'm looking forward to making some new friends here.

Hello world......My name is Norseteddybear(Tony)..I am a switch..I have been in the lifestyle for going on 15years....I was orginally a Dom and then I learned that there was a life out there with more pleasure (switch)
I do not do pain and I do not give pain.....I like to have a power exchange..To me that means one time I would be in charge and what goes on is up to me....and the next time it will be up to my partner....as for what I do during my power time....Just ask......
I am in Central Illinois...as you can tell by the name.I am not a little guy..I am a teddybear at heart..but if need be the norse side can come out and play....
