Perhaps I've just not been very observant before, but I noticed tonight a huge number of people in the forums.  Right now, there are nearly 1000 people here!

Has there been recent promotions for CollarMe?  At the SPLF maybe?

I get online much more in the winter. My work is slow and it is too crappy to get outside much.

Yeah, but there did seem to be an amazing leap. I think maybe there is just some software technology measuring folks in chat-rooms that wasn't here before? Because I did notice a huge leap as well. But on the forums, too, at the top of the page.Are those folks actually in the chat-rooms?

The problem is that lots of people lost their tails in the markets today, and they can't sleep! ...

Don't worry though.....the ''Plunge Protection Team'' has already raided the Federal Reserve fund so they can re-inflate the market - The extra participants will soon disapear.  ; }

SPLF is the South Plains Leather Fest.  It was here in Dallas last weekend.

There is always a large amount of people logged on.  One would think they are on the forums but over the year's here I have come to the assumption those names.
They are the people logged on anywhere in the system and not here in the forums.

You click the other link and see exactly how many people are here in the forums and what they are doing.  Much, much smaller list of people.

I don't think so... you can mouse over any of the names shown on the forum homepage and it tells you where they are and what they are doing.  (Very generally, of course... i.e. "viewing a message at date/time").  I couldn't find any that weren't either viewing, searching or posting in the forums.  As a side note, I'm amused that one of the "tattletales" says, "doing something else."  Of course it goes on to indicate that the member is previewing a comment or something to that effect, but I thought it was cute.

And goodness!  There are over 600 guests on right now... nearly three times the number of members.

Howdy,

I was positioned short on the Chicago boards and did rather well, sleeping like a baby! Gotta hedge um!

The problem is that you won't locate. I interpret that as can't locate the chat rooms, can't locate the block button, can't locate the Trolls house.

Slurp!
