Reading that casserole, I just think I found a new hard limit. That offends my taste buds. Inexpensive food could be pasta with sauteed vegetables, salad and a good bread. But tater tot casserole? Never!

I wasn't too into it, either. But it didn't come out as bad as I thought, lol. If I'm required to make it again, I'll probably add some veggies to it. Like, instead of ground beef, maybe some eggplant.

The unmentionables scarfed it down, lol.

LOL....after I read the recipe, (and thank you for posting!) I wasn't sure about mixing the "pizza" part with the tater tots. I've seen tater tot casserole that had stuff like green beans, onions, cream of mushroom soup and ground beef in it, and I've also seen casserole with tomato sauce and pepperoni, etc. But the two together....I'm not sure about that one! But hey, I'd try it once!
