Mod Eleven's a rock star in my opinion.  Because that Mod, after all, does go to eleven.

Mod 11 always makes me think of the Seaseme Street Pinball counting thing... you know for "Today's Number" It's just the number that has that effect... that or I think of a 30 foot tall "11" looking down at me.

Not very personifiny version of visualization but still... it's the image that comes to mind.

Obviously, the Moderators are all extremely good looking, and possessed of that kind of superior intellect that one could identify by a single glance, were it possible to look upon them and not be blinded by the dazzling aura that surrounds them.

This is perhaps, why I should be a Moderator.

Does pucker up butter cup have any deep personal meaning to you? Just on the off chance, I thought I would check.

Come now LadyE, I can think of many people more likely to get those two words and a lot of blank space than you are.

Good to see you back btw, not that I missed you as I have been on a little sabbatical myself - I actually had to do some bloody work!

Piece of advice - use cold water to clean up any mess.  Hot water coagulates the proteins and makes it stick.

Posts 16 and 25 by respectively kc692 and Lady Ellen had me laughing out loud.

I do not picture mods. Nor am I curious about them. I know who I am and that suffices.

I've been on several forums over the years, and I have to say that I think the mods here are probably the most "professional" I've seen.  No sucking up intended.

Doesn't mean they aren't human, or that I always agree with them, but over the years I've learned that a moderator's foibles just means that they are human, and while they do screw up occasionally, it's just dumb to argue them with.   No matter how "dominate" you think you are.

Some of the best laughs I've had is when someone tries to argue "freedom of expression" with a mod.  It always seems to be a shock when an errant poster is informed that "ain't no such thing" on a private forum.

I'll also say that I've been trying to "guess" who Mod11 is for a while, and have come to a tentative conclusion.  Could be wrong, not claiming that I know ... but I've got my suspicions.

When I visualize Mod11, the poster I have in mind is who I visualize.

Confession:  I have to hots for Moderator 11 .

He (or she) made me laugh my head off yesterday (although my post still got mangled.....but it was worth it!!!!).

So droll.......don't suppose collarme could outsource the moderators to Australia ??? :)
