I lived there for three years, and never found the scene terribly welcoming. The best place to start finding info on the kink scene in Norway is with ReviseF65 group - a group dedicated to removing the stigma attached with alternative lifestyles. It will give you a general scope of the political and social feeling surrounding fetish.
SMil is a BDSM group in Oslo holding twice monthly parties. Their Webpage is entirely in Norwegian, now as they have removed their english version - just as well, as it was poorly translated.. You can email them for info, I've done so with fairly friendly results - and you might be lucky and get something in English; leder at smil-norge dot no
There is also a Gay Male Leather organization, SLM
I'd reccomend you don't expect too much; the kink scene there is fairly closed and reserved, and you might find you feel like an unwelcomed outsider. I'd highly reccomend you try and gain local contacts there BEFORE your visit.
