If the "Doctor" ( and without seeing proof of his credentials, I'm reluctant to use the title ) can't properly operate a BICYCLE, it could make people wonder if he's that incompetent in other areas of his life.

We would never go to the practice of a "Man" (another thing of which evidence is obviously lacking ) who can't even admit his fault in something as simple as ACCIDENTALLY running down a girl with a bicycle, what makes you think he's responsible enough to admit errors of real consequence.

I expect a lot of his patients will be re-examining their choices, and their options. Perhaps the State Board should conduct an investigation in the interest of Public Safety.

I wonder who owns the practice he's in. Do they realize the negative impact of this publicity?
