http://www.dailyrecord.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20070301/COMMUNITIES11/703010351 quote:
Dr. Alexander Dlugi, now 54, sued the child, claiming she was negligent and caused the collision by reacting unreasonably when he approached her from behind on Sugar Maple Row, shouted "watch out" and rang his bicycle bell. If the "Doctor" ( and without seeing proof of his credentials, I'm reluctant to use the title ) can't properly operate a BICYCLE, it could make people wonder if he's that incompetent in other areas of his life. We would never go to the practice of a "Man" (another thing of which evidence is obviously lacking ) who can't even admit his fault in something as simple as ACCIDENTALLY running down a girl with a bicycle, what makes you think he's responsible enough to admit errors of real consequence. I expect a lot of his patients will be re-examining their choices, and their options. Perhaps the State Board should conduct an investigation in the interest of Public Safety. I wonder who owns the practice he's in. Do they realize the negative impact of this publicity?
