Looking around in Portland, OR. Don't have much to say..I want to get into this in a physical way, not just mentally. Wondering where to start. It's good to be open about it at last though.

seeking, I would recommend finding a munch in your area. Munches are typically low-stress gatherings held in public places. That's the best way to meet people and to get used to the idea of being part of a physical community.
