littlesarbonn -> Those little flirty comments that get us all into trouble (3/2/2007 6:04:20 PM)

I was getting a massage the other day from a woman who has been beating up my muscles for a little while now (professionally...as a masseuse only), and she had me get on my back and then asked me if it would be a little more comfortable with a blindfold. I said, sure, although I'll admit I'm very careful in these massage situations because it's JUST massage, and I'm always scared little littlesarbonn is going to make his appearance and get me all embarrassed. But fortunately, that hasn't happened, so that's not the story. So, while she was working on my arm, the blindfold fell off, and she was putting it back on. While she was replacing it, she made the comment of "perhaps if I just secure your hands and feet, it won't fall off again." It was a throwaway comment, and I probably reacted with a catch of breath before she immediately added, "Okay, we're probably not there yet" and then continued on.

It's amazing how a little comment like that can IMMEDIATELY change the dynamic of something much more innocent.

Do you think she might be hip to your submissiveness and testing the waters? And is she someone you would be attracted to?

I was half-flirting with a coworker. He made some comment about not liking pain, totally in context to what we were talking about. Before I could stop myself I said, "I can SO help you with that!" He laughed, looked at me, laughed and said, "I just bet you could, but I SAID I'm not into pain."

Damnit. Still, he says "Ma'am" on ocassion and when he does, I tease with a "good boy". ;-)

No idea. I can't read her at all.

I simply adore those moments.

I had a similar situation...except it was at work. I'm attending our annual conference and chatting in the hotel bar with (hopefully) my future boss "the hottie" and another colleague. It's difficult to get the statement out without it being confusing, but here goes.

Colleague (to me): Yeah, if you did that at one of my properties, I'd get out the whips and chains.

Hottie future boss: Hey, don't threaten her with a good time...

I wish I had a picture of the look on my face at that particular moment...it must have been priceless.

You're right. Those little moments can change an entire dynamic.

I know what you are talking about here!!!

Either I find myself saying suggestive things.. or having them said to me.
BDSM always has a way of creeping out from under the doors.

I just tend to blow it off with a little humor.  It eases the tension.  This way the other person, does not feel either rejected nor the advanced taken seriously...
It leaves perhaps an air of mystery though...

Cool story.

I was in the computer lab one time and these guys are just joking around and I open my mouth and say something "fairly" innocent. Much more innocent than what they are saying and they look me with fear and say, "Lets not go there." It was then I knew that knew just how kinky I was. The only one who at all wanted to talk about anything that could lead into sexual or kinky water was the Admin and a woman who was Dating Lord British. Old time gaming geeks may recognize the name he invested the Ultima engine.

That wouldn't make the geeks that old time. Lord British (aka Richard Garriott) is still very much a part of the game creation crowd; he's been working on Tabula Rasa for some years now. Oh boy, now I'm revealing my true geekage, but not that it was really all that unknown.

Hehe, yeah it happens from time to time. The last time I was at a bar with my friends and some totally anonymous girl wasn't watching her pool cue and it hit my arm, not hard though. She apologized and I said "It's ok, don't let it happen again." Without really thinking about it... she got quiet and stood next to me, not knowing what to say. It was pretty funny :)

I had one today. Interesting little thing, ut I decided not to think too much about it.
We were recieving out stock shipment and unpakcing.  The shipment is often full of dust and dirt, so we are constantly brushing one another off.  We dont even think twice about it.
Well, today, we had spiders. I hate spiders.
One manager and i were working on sorting the totes and boxes into their relavent departments, and we were swatting spiders left and right.
Well, he had one on his shoulder, so I swatted it. He looked at me and raised an eyebrow. I just said "spider". He went ahh.  We went back to moving things around, and again, i had to swat a spider.  We did this 3 or 4 times. Finally he turned around and said to me "If you arent careful, I might start to like that."
I was sort of at a loss as to what to say...

Ok here's one which happened not too long ago... My mom took me out for dinner for my birthday... The waitress and I engaged in some conversation and jokes.   Anyways, she was sharing some things about herself... she said that she was not seeing anybody because she did not want to be tied down.   I asked if she meant it literally or figurativly in a joking manner.  It caught her totally off guard... she said "both" then she gave me a sly grin.and said "Oh, you have no idea"... as if to somewhat correct her reply,  I returned her sly smile and said... "It's probally nothing I've not tried before"... there was a little dark toned ummm ummm laughter coming from both of us.. after this exchange....

Sure sounds to me like she was "feeling you out" , so to speak, littlesarbonn [;)]   If you are interested in her at all, perhaps you should "feel" her back!

Already have, she gave me her phone number without me asking before we left.. My mom was teasing me about how she can't me any place...   I was trying to keep it simple here.. about "Those little flirty comments that get us all into trouble"

I don't have any problems meeting women, I just can't seem find the right one yet! Yes, I'm one of those guys which will get a number and maybe I'll call maybe not... I'll probally get myself into trouble tonight if I go out.   Actually, I've been hiding out at home for a few weeks now... and what the Hell do I do... Get on friggen Collarme.com...  attempting to find one which is right!!  What the hell, at least I don't have to worry about springing BDSM on somebody innocent.

Give me some rope and I'll either tie somebody up or hang myself...

I actually meant that for the OP....but  my son is the same way.  He's 24 and I still hear girls giggling and whispering behind us when we walk by.[:)]

It sounds to me like she does like you "in that way".  If you like her, why not explore that a bit?

SilverShadows -> RE: Those little flirty comments that get us all into trouble (3/3/2007 12:11:32 PM)

Well that is news to me. And perhapes it doesn't date game geeks if they know Lord British. It dates when I stopped playing computer games that I associate Lord British with the Ultima series. I still remember Vampire Sheep.
