I can't tell you how to make the ride more enjoyable for a Mistress, but I can help with the toy part :) I'm assuming you only have things around the house, so we'll start there.
Basic rope. You can make a bit gag out of rope and attach either rope or leather to the ends. This could be your reigns and bit (and oh so much fun!!!).

As far as other pony gear - Any small black circle (made from any material) can be added as blinders. I've also seen pony boys and girls crawl on all fours with tennis shoes or boots on both their hands and feet.
