My "slave food" consists of whatever I make for Sir -- always, of course, his choosing.  However, I am MUCH more restrictive of my own diet that Sir could ever be <typed as she munches baby carrots for breakfast>.  It's too important, to me, to remain attractive and (as much as I can be) thin for Sir's pleasure.

I personally don't think oatmeal is humiliating to eat, nor would it be humilating to me to eat out of a dish, eating out of an animal dish is a huge fantasy of mine. And oatmeal is extreamly easy to eat unless you make it so watery it had no consistancy!

food that is humiliating to eat, but extremely healthy. For example, oatmeal

and it would be so much fun to watch a slave eat it out of a dog dish without her hands.

Hmmm, if I were to do such a thing...

I'd send my slave to the dietition, she'll come back with a meal plan. Then I'd work out a kind of gruel based on that. Bland, repetitive, finger food, boring.
She could have that three times a day out of a bowl. If she wants something with more flavor, she'd have to earn it from time to time. Also, she'll be more appreciative when I feed her morsels from my plate, or earn rewards such as a small candy. Going out for dinner and the like would be considered a very special treat as well.

I can view something like that as a method of positive reinforcement. However, there IS the risk for setting up food as a gratification behavior. IF something should happen in the relationship, and the slave is left on her own for any reason, she might turn to food for comfort or pleasure and turn it into a binging disorder.

Care should be taken folks. Look to the future in regards to your slave.

A thoughtful post. Looking to the future is so important and something I feel that a lot of people don't do.
Food + emotional response can be dangerous for some that lean towards eating disorder issues.

A great sig line   too!

Leftovers has been my typical meal, as he places his plate on the floor at his feet when he is finished eating.  The most challenging was leftover clam chowder as it was already cold.  Spaghetti was another tough one, as the noodles were long and messy and I didn't have a fork.  If I'm really good he might hand-feed me a bite of his meal as a preview.

I'm crinkling my nose at the spinache/tofu blend.  Then again, I've eaten worse, lol.

Thursday night "slave food" was a 'Bellini' martini, orange candied shrimp, steak 'Dianne' served with baby spinach, and roasted potato wedges accompanied by a bottle of 2003 La Sirena Syrah, followed by an espresso and caramel tart.

Later that night, she served her Master quite well.

Oh that sounds delicious...

Thanks, jen.

Being what I am, I have a talent for collecting information and random bits of data, then recall it almost at will. Most of the time I'm not aware that I'm doing it.

As far as eating disorders, a person doesn't have to be predisposed for it. It can be inadvertently CONDITIONED into some one. Especially with a daily activity such as eating three or four times a day.

Along the same vein, I don't think people really understand the differences between training and simple education and it's long term impacts. Some behaviors have to be consistently reinforced, education refreshed, etc. Others are simply a once off thing. Learn it, forever known.

When some people discuss training and it's value, I tend to cringe. Behavior modification can be heady and powerful stuff. If it's done without the "death by garbage truck" foresight, a sub/slave could end up in serious trouble later on down the road if she suddenly finds herself alone. But, that's another topic, or even a FAQ.

Hmmm...

Good point, scottjk, Sir.
I've alternately been getting hot ( I love humiliation play, and some of these ideas are great), and squicked by reading this thread, having had my own food/weight issues all my life, working with people who have eating disorders, and  I now have many food allergies and sensitivities. Eating in restaurants used to be one of my biggest joys, now it's  become a chore, trying to insure that there are no 'hidden' ingredients, or cross contamination.
I like the idea of   haveing to 'earn' the right to eat certain things, and of being fed from his plate, or his leftovers. . It's so metaphorical.

Just a quick note?
We humans tend to feed our pets better than ourselves. Pet food is gross, yes, but it's often better than what we put on our tables.

SQUICK!!!  Warning

ohh...ok...
So!  I've had a partner make me eat cold tomato zuchini someting out of a dish on the floor before, no hands of course.  When he thought I was being too delicate, he pushed my face in, wanted to make sure it was messy.  Actually, I was supposed to eat all my meals that way.....but.....anyway....

So the other day I come across a profile that promises if the sub is overweight, they go into the box and get a few weeks of cum, rice and veggies and daily trips on the treadmill.  Which got me thinking.....my mother used to say when I was a teenager and she was trying to get us all to enjoy macrobiotics with her (shudder), that we should chew each bite at least 20 times.....and then I was thinking, what if a slave was on the floor, taking a bit of rice, chew it 20 times, spit it into a bowl, bite of veggies, chew it 20 times, spit into the bowl....enough for a meal, goes into the freezer and warmed back up again later in the week, topped off with some cum of course, for flavor.  Doesn't that sound nummy?!!
lol
I know, gross!
But is it unsanitary/unhealthy?  The enzymes, etc.
Doesn't really matter.
But it was the start of a really good....set of thoughts.

and again, I blame it all on the full moon tonight and plan to completely disavow the post.....

Yah, I know, gross...but.....well...I...think...it's.....kinda.....
(shrug)

What ever will been allowed to eat for me by the Lady, who will owned myself in future i will,-i have to accept. I think it shouldn't been expensive for her, it depends of her own life, what it will be expensive. Its more impoirtant, that my life will be so ,that someone can owned me,without any problems for her Moneybag. Every Lady, who i like, shouldnt get any problems if she want to owned myself, espeacelly finincial problems. So for me its not important what kind of things i have to eat.Only  the food shouldn't be unhealthy for me.The othe side is im good in cooking,so i have no problems to cook for her, if she has not much money I now, what i can cook for her, what is good and not expensive, what i can get to eat,is second. She will be the first.
(sorry for my bad english)

Mine eat the same as I do. I am served first, then they are allowed to get theirs'. The only difference is that they use paper plates with plastic untensils, and they sit at my feet to eat. If the slave/sub is not kept healthy, which entails healthy eating, how do you expect them to serve your needs? I have never understood this way of thinking.
