Would this be a positive or negative contract and why please?
CONTRACT OF OWNERSHIP AND SLAVERY
This contract is made between……………………………………..hereinafter referred to as slave &……………………………………………. .hereinafter referred to as Mistress.
This contract is for life and runs in continuity from the date of signing; it can only be terminated by the Mistress.
Terms & conditions
1) The slave agrees to become and remain the property of the Mistress indefinitely.
2) The term property shall have the following definitions:-
a) The slave shall cease to exist as an entity and shall become a possession of the Mistress.
b) The slave’s body shall become the property of the Mistress. The slave shall have no rights over his own body other than those granted by the Mistress. The Mistress may use the slave body in any way she chooses whether for her own personal pleasure or the pleasure of others should She so decide.
c) The slaves mind shall become the property of the Mistress in as much that she may demand to know the thoughts of the slave at time she chooses.
d) All of the slave’s property and or assets shall be under the control of the Mistress.
e) All aspects of the slave’s life shall be the property of the Mistress. The Mistress will have full control over the personal life of the slave be that financial sexual or other.
f) The slave agrees to the removal of all body hair and to be pierced tattooed and /or branded if required by the Mistress.
g) The slave shall be devoid of freedom, human rights and civil liberties in perpetuity.
3) The Mistress reserves the right to alter/modify or completely change any term, condition, rule or regulation set out in agreement without prior notice or consultation with the slave.
4) The slave agrees to abide by the rules and regulations set out in this agreement at all times.
Rules & regulations
5) When not with the Mistress the slave must report to the Mistress everyday by whatever method of communication is available.
6) The slave shall on no account talk over the top of the Mistress.
7) Should the slave feel the need to stress a point he shall ask permission to do so, and if granted shall do it with the utmost respect, although the Mistress has the right to ignore whatever point the slave is making.
8) The slave shall obey without question every command/demand the Mistress gives/makes.
9) The slave shall to the best of his ability anticipate the needs of the Mistress prior to her announcing them and shall act accordingly.
10) The Mistress may use or abuse the slave in any way she chooses; he shall serve Her, and any others She may decide upon.
11) The slave shall on no account be dishonest to the Mistress, either directly or indirectly.
12) The Mistress may humiliate the slave both in private or public if she chooses to do so.
13) The slave shall always put the needs of the Mistress before his own.
14) When in private the slave shall remain collared.
15) When in private the slave shall address the Mistress as Mistress and shall answer to the name of slave.
16) In public when addressing the Mistress the slave shall be permitted to drop the term Mistress unless ordered to do otherwise and shall refer to the Mistress as ……., the slave will be referred to as ………. or whatever else the Mistress decides upon.
17) Unless the slave is within bondage or visitors are present the slave shall be expected to kneel and kiss the feet of the Mistress every time she enters the dwelling.
18) In private when not in bondage the slave shall remain at all times in some form of fetish wear be that rubber leather or other.
19) The slave agrees to wear a chastity device and to remain in chastity for the duration of this contract.
20) The slave accepts that it will be denied orgasm for the duration of this contract unless in order to benefit and please the Mistress, as an aroused and denied slave is far more attentive to the needs of the Mistress. Unless the Mistress decides differently on occasions.
21) The slave shall carry out all household duties, including but not limited to, cleaning cooking laundry gardening, to the satisfaction of the Mistress, and wearing whatever the Mistress decides is appropriate at any given time.
22) The slave agrees to be used as a toilet if it pleases the Mistress.
23) The slave accepts that in private one of the fluids it will be commanded to drink is urine, either provided from the Mistress or its own, or from anyone else the Mistress decides upon.
24) The slave’s diet shall be controlled by the Mistress and the slave shall eat from whatever surface the Mistress decides, be that plate, bowl or floor.
25) The Mistress may keep the slave in bondage and or sensory deprivation for any period of time She chooses, this could be hour’s days or weeks, the slave will dutifully accept such restraint.
26) The Mistress may punish the slave in any way She chooses, She does not need a reason to do this, the slave shall accept any and all punishments and shall thank the Mistress for administering them.
27) The Mistress my dress the slave in any way that pleases Her, be that male or female attire.
28) The slave shall have no right of access to money, only that which is allowed by the Mistress.
29) The Mistress has the right to have lovers should She choose to do so, the slaves role is to serve Her and any others She may decide upon.
30) The Mistress may sell, hire or prostitute the slave if She wishes, the slave accepts that it can be used as a whore or slut to generate funds for the Mistress.
31) The slave may be kept naked from time to time if the
Mistress wishes that.
32) This contract is binding and can only be terminated by the
Mistress herself.
Declaration
I the Mistress agree to undertake responsibility and accept ownership of the undersigned slave.
I enter into this agreement of my own free will.
