Sigh.  I think if you looked up relationship in Webster's you'd find my pic with a red circle and  line through it.  [:o]

Dayum, Is this the thread where you have to fess up? Let me think about it...hmmm

YourhandMyAss -> RE: Are you in a relationship? (3/4/2007 10:36:04 AM)

I am in a commited relationship, but no we do not live together, and while we Are D.lg we're no where near the usual idea of bdsm.

Are you living, full-time, with spouse or a partner or partners? Have you been living with this person or these people for more than a year? And does this relationship or do these relationships fall under the rubric of bdsm (as broadly defined)?

Edited to add that I am not in such a relationship.

sambamanslilgirl -> RE: Are you in a relationship? (3/4/2007 10:44:44 AM)

i'm in my 6th month with relationship to Daddy. though we don't live together because of  distance, our type of long distance D/s works for us and it has remained very strong since it's more about sex for us. we live as vanillas yet choosing not to live publicly in the BDSM realm because of our professions in public view. i do meet and date other men (vanillas and BDSM) with Daddy's permission and currently have a special collarme guy.

Not at this time, no.  Were I to find someone compatible,  I prefer separate households for awhile.  Relationships are complicated enough as it is (with D/s thrown in--even more so).

I agree. Right now, I'm in loving relationships with two cats. Very rewarding and not too complicated.

nyrisa -> RE: Are you in a relationship? (3/4/2007 3:18:45 PM)

I live with my husband. We have been married for 30 years, dated for a year prior to that. BDSM only became part of our picture in the past few years. It is not part of our daily lives, rather something we get to do as opportunity permits.

Well yes and no.  They are living here for now, only a temporary arrangement until a place opens up as far as I know, unless something changes.  A transition stage if you would.  At current I would rather just have my own space I think, but this is working for now.  As for labels, I do not do labels.  It is what it is.

stockingluvr54 -> RE: Are you in a relationship? (3/4/2007 6:25:13 PM)

I am in a very fulfilling relationship.. began as Vanilla 15 years ago and has slowly morphed into a D/s relationship.

I love him very much..

leakylee -> RE: Are you in a relationship? (3/4/2007 6:54:29 PM)

it works well, most days.

No im not in a relationship nor am i seeking to be in a relationship. As all my relationships have ended in a bad way in the past.So im not prepared to go down the relationship road anymore. All i seek is friends in my life now and nothing more, nothing less really.I hope that all makes sense.

That's the kind of loving relationship I'm in myself right now.  Thank goodness for my two adorable kitties.

You sound like me and I have some mixed feelings about this, I love my freedom but it is also nice to have a compatible relationship.  Most of my relationships are like a Jerry Seinfeld episode, a comedy of errors!

sleazybutterfly -> RE: Are you in a relationship? (3/5/2007 3:33:09 AM)

I am in an M/s relationship with my Master and we live together.  Other than the bdsm part, its pretty much a "traditional" relationship.
