Would sincerely appreciate replies from ladies 21+ and your suggestions on my latest creation! Kevin’s spicy POT ROAST: Hand rub pot roast meat with sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Then coat lightly with flour and set aside.. Bring ½ cup of olive oil to a boil. Stirring constantly , add the following: Pinch of Coriander, One or two sliced Red Chillies Pinch of Cumin Pinch of Tumeric Pinch of Fenugreek Pinch of Lentil Pinch of Jaggery, Pinch of fresh ground pepper Teaspoon of Sesame Oil and Asafoetida mixed together 5 or 6 cloves of garlic finely sliced Sear the lightly floured pot roast on all sides to keep the flavor inside in the above mixture. Reduce heat to very low and add the following: One onion diced Two 28 ounce cans of organic crushed tomatoes with basil (from Whole Foods). Too much Chili Powder (or season to taste) One teaspoon of Oregano Pinch of Chervil Pinch of Rosemary ½ teaspoon of whole Mustard Seeds Pinch of Tellicherry Pepper One cup of finely cut up left over French Fries (from the Sit 'n Bull) Turn and baste the slow cooking pot roast frequently for five or six hours. If or if it begins to boil, turn down the heat. To cut the spicy taste, your entree will be served with white rice (SWAD’s Sona Masoori Rice - Product of India) Sincerely, Kevin [Mod Note: telephone number removed]
