*smacks forehead with hand* It's a bad idea... Toothpaste as lube will probably just be smarts, but the bristles will probably tear you up.

It could be dangerous if the handle is somehow sharp, or dirty, or wooden. A little toothpaste should harm ya though - but go light the first time ;)

If it is even questionable about the handle being safe or sanitary, put a condom on it.

Oh yeah, the toothpaste isn't really a great 'lube'! It has other effects.

Haha, I wasn't thinking about the handle... That seemed like common sense to me for some reason. If he did mean handle, one probably can ignore my previous post, and yea toothpaste burns (but leaves you minty fresh).

Are the choices limited to oral hygiene products?

However, swallowing toothpaste IS dangerous according to the label, and your body can absorb chemicals through there without any cuts. So it probably is dangerous in a large enough quantity.

Just because someone tells you to do an activity doesn't mean it is safe. I have to assume from the way you phrased the question, that this was done online. (Doing what she told you, rather than her doing it to you.) I once entered a chat room and happened upon two "domme" telling a guy to stick a rusty Phillips head screwdriver down his urethra.. and he did it! Do you think that was safe? No, it wasn't.
