Is there anything you do (that you would never want anyone to catch you doing for fear of total emabarrasment and shame) to let off steam, relieve stress, or just for the sheer darned hell of it?

For me its playing "Sympathy For The Devil" full blast, taking on the Jagger persona complete with strut and pout, making trainlike "woo woo" noises. Works everytime but should I really have shared that?

LOL I fill the CD player with Frank Sinatra, get on PCH (Pacific Coast Highway) and sing along with Ol' Blue Eyes at the top of my lungs when I can't sleep at 3 am. I turn around at Dana Point after a few minutes at the overlook contemplating the ocean and then come home. Damn I miss my convertible.  

I can understand the adrenaline rush Sympathy gives you but I love the Guns and Roses version of it better.

         I had my alarm set to play Fifty Cent when I wake up so I stand there a few minutes in my yellow duck pajamas rapping ...it's not cute...I try to dance and look like Elaine from Seinfeld with the "lil kicks" going on[&:]

well..i usually clean my room until it's spotless..but there are times when i get angry and my room is already clean..

on those days, i pull out all my old clothes, clothes i dont wear anymore, and put together ridiculous outfits ..hehe..then i dance in front of my mirror, doing all the funny moves i can think of..

i usually end up laughing at myself so hard that i forget or get over whatever i'm angry about
