i don't find sports stupid, and when able i love to play a bit with friends... but i could never get into professional or organized sports... except for pro wrestling, which is more of a soap opera than any atheletic competition

Curling!

I never thought I'd like it but during the last winter olympics I got glued to it everytime it was on....I still don't know why.

I watch a lot of football....regular, arena, even watched the XFL when it was on.

I played tennis in high school.  I wasn't fast because of a knee injury so my tactic was to hit the ball really hard at the person's head....still counts

When I've seen sports on TV, I've found myself getting sucked into women's basketball, Globetrotter's basketball, car racing, non-American football (American = soccer) and Olympic sports.

Sorry I couldn't list all sports, they only give you 10 spots. So I listed the most popular. Interesting football won?
I personally find most professional sports boring. The players are over-payed and the owners are greedy minions. I don't mind amatuer sports at time. But some of them, like college football are all about money now. So I have quite watching professional sports and a lot of amatuer sports too.
My favorite sport is surfing, which I do when I can. However, the pro-surfing has become all about money too.
Sports have gone the way of money, not for the sport in itself.
Just my thoughts on it.

Football would be my all time favorite, but really love all sports...

You didn't list any of my sports..I watch pro rodeo, bullriding, and equestrian show jumping. And yes, I think they count as sports since I watch them on ESPN! :)

I compete in rodeo/barrel racing so that one is my favorite.

i'll watch drag racing in person (and participate when i've got something legal to go down the track ), but that's about it for me and sports. The lack of purpose annoys me.
