Thats my quote.. it's lasted me a long time. I'm sad to say I do not know who wrote it. Whoever it is, I'm glad for it.

I've been around the Seattle BDSM Community for a while.. and Ive been very busy... moving to Santa Rosa Calif in June, and will not
know a soul except family members. Getting out of the military lifestyle will be good/odd at the same time.

What else? ... Im thinking of opening my heart to another.
He lives far far far away, and Ive been through hell and high water
lately.. so, wish me luck.

Introduce yourself to me, too. Id like that.
I'm not looking HARD for anyone right now.
I'm very interested in contacting ppl who are near
the SFO Area (San Francisco Area) so I will have
BDSM Community Family there.

Congrats on getting out of the military, congrats on moving to Santa Rosa!

If you go to Caryl's Page and click on 'Meet People' you can get a listing of all the groups and events in northern California.

As to your quote, could the author be Friedrich Nietzsche? The last half of the quote turned up in a Google search, but otherwise I do not know.

But I *do* know you will find a welcome here and that these forums can be a fun place to hang out. I am glad you joined us.
