I love scarves & bandanna's because of the way they look. Especially on a pretty female. Duct tape is good too. Not that crazy about ball gags but I did have a gag once that was a penis you shoved in and buckled behind the neck. Thats was pretty cool. I have been gagged in about every way you could imagine, and I think the key phrase in this post, is "for a long period". Many methods of gagging are very effective, but you have to question the safety aspect, when they are employed for longer time frames.
