The 'work' involved in watching the mind and emotions of a sub/slave is rewarding indeed, but if part of your modus is to put things on roller coaster tracks (which I do enjoy, myself), then you do have to pay quite a bit of attention and ensure that you are getting the desired results.
I don't put nearly the amount of effort and brainpower into a day job as I do in 'what I do'. But, I take 'what I do' far more seriously than real life. I have it easy.

Being the Dominant is really not easier, it is a matter of what you DESIRE.
Since I was born a Dominant spirit and will die a Dominant spirit---it is easier for me to be what I am.
It must be hard to attempt to be in a role that does not come naturally to you!!!!!

Many around here are desperate and will beg or do anything to get their desires met.
That is why the professionals are needed! [;)]
I enjoy seeing the professional submissive profiles, there is certainly a market
for Professional Dominants and Professional submissives.
