Completely agree about keeping a straight face - Mr. Wriggly was one I heard for boys bits, humphrey was another... hardly sexy!

What about when you read erotica, or even porn... what turns you on more, and what is the the equivalent to an icy bucket of water?!

 i love the word "cunt"...my mother gave me lady chatterley's lover when i was 15 and the various derivations of cunt that are used as descriptors in the book helped me develop an attachment to it.  I think of cunt  as both the female genitalia and a state of arousal - both are beautiful and it just feels good to say "cunt".

i suppose i'm still the old fashioned prude and call mine "vagina" because that kind of talk wasn't allowed while growing up Catholic and Baptist. yet having Daddy call me "cunt" and/or "pussy" does make me shiver with excitement.

For chicks, I like cooch. It's cute and familiar without being sleazy. For me, I like puss, or pussy... cunt is reserved for very certain times when I'm in a very different mindframe. Vagina, for some reason, squicks me out. It's too clinical and clunky and nasal. Total cold-water-bucket. And twat just sounds... froggish... to me. Like the wet splat sound a frog makes when it hits the ground.

For boys, I'm all over the map. Junk, stuff, bits, huevos, whatever fits the retort. I like "cock"... just seems right. Again, I dislike "penis." Too clinical.
