I myself, not a Mistress but I do have an inane inherit ability to draw attention to myself.
Some would call it "Attention Deficit Disorder" same would say, I am dramatically challenged, others may go as so far as to say I am perminently scarred from hallucinagenes and exastacy in the 80's.
All joking aside, I would say in my broad experience as an Australian Mardi Gras participant; if you want a Mistress to notice you, I really would look at my appearance firsty, (dress sluty or seductively, neat and tidy). I notice some Mistresses have mentioned including a photograph of yourself. Make sure it is well presented.
Be very submissive or demour in her presence, if at a play party and the Mistress you desire is there then watch her, let her know with subtilties, watch her once she see you looking look away as to not make it tooo obvious. Observe her playing, be seated alone allow her space to come and speak to you. Be honoured in her presences.
Do as you and I have done here and ask questions ans make statements on the message board *winks (an illusive form of gaining attention almost like advertising, I think the corperates call it some very kinky name such as "viral marketing")
If all the above fails then by all means get drunk, wear girls clothes, preferably Pink red and green nylon materials, be flamboyant, walk past a heater catch on fire if you can, and the run around the dungeon screaming in flames. I am sure she is bound to notice you *winks
