I'm moving back to Palermo on April 1st...I might be offline for the next few weeks.
I also hope I'll be able to logon without starting a new account.

I moved to the USA when I was 4 y.o. so, I can not read Italian very well.

Sicily is a place where Dominant women are not very welcome. Most of the
males there think a womans place is in the kitchen and taking care of the house.
I think they will be in for a rude awaking when I get there.

having grown up on the island of Malta, 60 miles south of Sicily, and having been to Palermo a couple of times, I'd say that, if you keep it discrete, Men are the same everywhere, but discrete would be the operative word

Can't help being curious, though....and this is probably a stupid question, but has the house been in your family and is just being handed down to you?  There has to be a really interesting story behind this!

BDSM is alive and well in Europe and very, very pervy :)  When you get the chance, drive up to Berlin where they have fetish/BDSM events every night of the week....it is amazing (and exhausting!)

I do not know the Italian/Swiss scenes, but I am sure they exist.  Take plenty of tight rubber and medical equipment :)

Hi Diane....

I've have cousins over there in a little place called Santa Rita. I still have vivid memories of traveling there back in the late seventies. I can remember my mother explaining to us that women do all the work, including butchering the pigs and rabbits, and then cleaning up all the mess. They might be worse off there than in Mexico lol [;)]
